Each person employed by a company has a unique and vital role to play. It could be creative storytelling, managing financials or leading by example. What all these positions have in common is helping your business create a repeatable process that provides value to consumers. It doesn't matter if you're writing a children's story or analysing profit and loss statements; it's all for one reason, and that is to pursue the interests of the business.
Looking around the office, we found a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, CEO, President and much more. All over the top passionate about pursuing business goals within our own discipline. Collectively we thought: "What if we had someone whose position it was to solely pursue business goals?"
Hey presto, the Commercial Manager role was created. The CM finds value, oversees its creation, delivers it and negotiates every aspect along the way. The CM plays a vital role in gelling the different departments together in a way that effectively pursues the business goals. Finally, the CM works tirelessly to creatively commercialise every aspect of the business. Does this sound like you? Check the R&R to see if you fit the bill.
